Randi is a certified professional Co-Active Coach and FROG instructor. She is a trained occupational therapist and has further training in mental health, interdisciplinary guidance, career guidance and motivational interviewing, as well as several courses in cognitive therapy, especially in ACT (accepting and committing therapy).

I lyk-z, she leads courses and workshops for the target group youth at risk, certifies new FROG trainers and offers individual coaching. She follows up customers and participants, and if she has the capacity, she is hired out on consultancy assignments.

Randi has worked as an occupational therapist in the municipal health service and within the specialist health service. She has worked with guidance and teaching for people with long-term pain conditions and fatigue at Physical Medicine, South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, and Kysthospitalet. She has worked as a job consultant in the Employment and Inclusion company Grep. She became a certified FROG trainer in 2014 and fully certified Co-Active Coach in 2016, and has led several FROG programs for the target group.

She is employed by lyk-z & daughters from August 2024.
