    Karl has been lyk-z’s CEO since January 2023. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and assisting Ingeborg on most levels. Karl has extensive experience as a sales manager and has an education in Media and Communication.

    VERA OMDAL LYKSETH

    LEADERSHIP TRAINER &
    CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL CO-ACTIVE COACH

    Vera is a certified professional co- active coach, FROG instructor and authorised nurse. Her main job is to lead classes and workshops for the target group youths at risk, to certify new FROG-trainers and coach individuals. She is also responsible for the follow up of customers and participants, she writes texts and updates the company’s SoMe. If available, she does consulting assignments.

    HANNE M. BRATSBERG

    Hanne is a certified professional co- active coach and FROG instructor. Her main job is to lead classes and workshops for the target group youths at risk, to certify new FROG-trainers and coach individuals. Hanne is also a trained creative facilitator with a MSc degree in Creativity & Change Leadership from SUNY Buffalo.

    RANDI MOMRAK

    LEADERSHIP TRAINER &
    CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL CO-ACTIVE COACH

    Randi is a certified professional Co-Active Coach and FROG instructor. She is a qualified occupational therapist and has, among other things, further education in mental health, career guidance and courses in cognitive therapy (ACT). She leads courses and workshops for the target group young and outside, certifies new FROG trainers and offers individual coaching.

    ANNE MARIT OMDAL LYKSETH

    LEADERSHIP TRAINER, MASTER CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL CO-ACTIVE COACH, FROG-MENTOR AND SENIOR LECTURER

    Anne Marit Lykseth is a registered nurse and certified CPCC co-active coach from CTI in Spain where she also completed the Leadership program. In addition, she has a foundation course in cognitive therapy.

    MARTE OMDAL LYKSETH

    Marte’s thesis deals with coaching as a tool in the lyk-z method. Several academic research groups have shown interest in her findings. Marte works as an educator and teacher, and contributes with her knowledge to the lyk-z method.
