How to become a FROG-trainer:

How exciting that you are curious about becoming a FROG-trainer!

Here, you’ll get information about how you one day may stand tall with the certification diploma at hand and get to lead your own FROG-programs in groups along with your co-leader! Because this is also something that is unique about being a FROG-trainer: You always work in co-leadership. Over 20 years of experience has taught us exactly that; to lead profound group processes where the program days are full and intense, is best done in a co-leadership.

The FROG-trainer certification program consists of two (2) parts:

PART 1:
A FROG-trainer certification program, with physical attendance in the offices of lyk-z & daughters i Skien, Norway.

In the first few days, you will be taken into your own personal process. You get to feel the methodology in your own body, and in this way, you will have a unique and necessary understanding of what the lyk-z methodology creates in the individual. The remaining days are fully focused on your role as a FROG-trainer, and you will have a lot of practice in how to lead group processes.

After completing the certification program, you can use the tools that you have learned in individual conversations. To be able to run group processes, you and your co-leader need to complete the part 2 of the certification.

Part 2:
During this part, you lead your own FROG-program in your own country, with a FROG-instructor by your side.

The FROG-program is delivered in groups of 8-12 participants, and you and/or your company is in charge of recruiting participants and arrange the program. A FROG-instructor from lyk-z will be joining major parts of your first delivery. In other words, you will be well taken care of.

We are offering 2 certification programs in Skien during the fall 2024*:

September 2nd – September 18th 2024
October 7th – October 18th 2024* – This program is in English

*The English certification program is based on our European model which is slightly different than the Norwegian model.

I want to emphasize that this is something that has value for all people of all ages.

I have been on many courses and this is on another level, which takes us deeper, to a level that is important to work with. At the same time, the structure and framework of the program feel safe and good.
The instructors have no agenda and there are no right or wrong answers. It is the answer that feels right to me that is important. The conversations that arise in the course are the kind of conversations we should have more of in society. We get to know ourselves, and others, in a deep and good way.
